Soar with Sarah Yoga offers a wide range of yoga classes for children and adults in Niagara. In-person classes include Kid Yoga for ages 4-8, Youth Yoga for teens/tweens (ages 8+) and their caregivers, as well as various adult vinyasa yoga offerings at different locations. Sarah hosts virtually adults and children classes along with wellness programs for beginner yogis, and free videos and bundles on her YouTube channel.

The Yoga Shed Opens June '26
The Yoga Shed is Grimsby's boutique wellness space and is designed for women who are serious about making the shifts required to transform their bodies and minds.
Classes offered include Power Yoga, Mat Pilates, Vinyasa Flow and more!

Sarah Bigger is the founder of Soar With Sarah Yoga, a unique yoga business offering a variety of classes tailored to meet diverse needs at a variety of ages. With a background of 20 years teaching kindergarten, Sarah excels in creating fun and engaging yoga sessions for all levels. She is especially adept at working with families, young children and those with neurodivergent needs and special considerations, ensuring everyone feels included and supported. Her compassionate and understanding approach stems from her extensive experience in public education, allowing her to connect deeply with her clients and help them achieve their wellness goals.
