Women's Yoga

Sarah's Power Yoga classes offer a dynamic flow for all levels of yogis. Join online,  at The Yoga Shed, or privately. 

The Yoga Shed Opens June '26

The Yoga Shed is Grimsby's boutique wellness space and is designed for women who are serious about making the shifts required to transform their bodies and minds.

 

This small, heated wellness space was built with the ultimate hot yoga experience in mind.

 

Key features of The Yoga Shed include:

  • infrared panels to get things really heated up

  • real hard wood heated floors to keep it natural

  • intimate class sizes to foster a supportive community (max. 8 yogis)

  • lots of natural light to bring in beauty

  • class schedule requests so we can create classes available when you are

  • affordable class rates starting at $18+tx/class

  • variety of class style offerings~Power yoga, mat pilates, strength training, restorative yoga

  • 5 or 10 class pack passes offered (no drop-ins available at this time)

 I have been dreaming of this space for a few years and am so excited to fill it with all of YOU 🫵.

We will add more classes based on demand as we evolve over time.

The Nutrition Shift is a 90-minute workshop hosted by Andrea Sawatzky, nutritionist and hypnotherapy practitioner, for women ready to make meaningful shifts in their eating habits and overall wellness. Andrea specializes in helping women develop holistic nutritional awareness while addressing the root beliefs, blocks, and patterns that influence their choices.

This experience blends practical nutrition strategies with a guided hypnotherapy session designed to support lasting change from the inside out. Learn how to fuel your body to build strength and energy while rewiring the habits that shape your results — so they finally stick.

Soaring Sunrise Virtual Flow 

 Making shift towards a life with more movement, balance and calm can feel like an impossible task.  Often we don't know where to begin or how to stay committed to a routine of wellness and our plans and promises fall apart.  

Soaring Sunrise is a variation of Power Yoga where we build up your physical and mental strength through a committed community of support. Classes are a vinyasa flow (meaning we use breath and movement in sync) that builds muscle and increases flexibility. Power Yoga one of the most efficient and effective practices to seeing true shifts in your body and mind. If you are just starting out and a beginner to a fitness routine or getting back to movement and structure, Soaring Sunrise Virtual Flow can meet every body where they are at....at HOME!

Soaring Sundays Virtual Flow 

Reset to start your week off right-with a commitment to YOU! Set to a slower pace, Soaring Sundays flow focusses on finding your centre, meditation and slowing down as we calm our nervous systems. Candle light, pillow props and long savasanas mean a solid night sleep to begin your week refreshed and fuelled with a clear intention.

Private Yoga with Sarah

Sarah's offers private yoga classes to meet a variety of yogi's needs.

 

Yogis with considerations such as Autism, learning disabilities, ADHD and even depression can all benefit from a personally tailored class from Sarah.

Her teaching experience with students who had a wide a variety of disabilities and special considerations has allowed her to hone her skills for interacting positively with all yogis and connecting with individuals.
